Referent to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the operators of the website are neither the primary nor secondary "producers" of any photos or videos depicting real or simulated sexual activity presented hereon. With respect to such, the operators confine their undertakings to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of the content provided by third-party users. The areas of freeroughporn.com on which user contributed content is featured are under the control of those users. This exempts the operators of the website from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as stated in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content on the website that, as decided solely by the operator, is held to be illegal, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or which in any way goes against the website's terms of use or other policies may be removed.
